About the camera
We've developed firmware which transforms the standard TLC300 timelapse camera to the new TLC300 T2.3 which features the ASAP function of 3 frames per second, which every traffic project needs! It also records as MP4 rather than the old style AVI files. Each camera is carefully converted to our traffic survey friendly TLC300 through a custom firmware upload.

About the case
If you need an equipment case which is built like the proverbial outhouse, then this is the case for you.  Built with walls of up to 8mm thick high impact plastic, the Nanuk TLC case is built to last. It has a single camera internal camera platform which is preset to offer optimises survey work.  It also has pre-matching fixing bars to allow lampost fixing without damage to paintwork.

About the battery
If you are using timelapse cameras for your survey work, you will have probably already found out the hard way that conventional battery packs dont work for multi-day surveys.  The Routesafe 23Ah battery has a unique 'always on' feature which delivers power straight away to all USB devices.    Its compact lithium cell design delivers 23Amps of power at a 2A discharge rate via a USB A connector.  The 100Watt capacity means an increase of over 6 times compared to using 4 x AA batteries in compact cameras.
