Brinno MAC 200

Although the Brinno TLC200 Pro is no more, you can still get the same optics pack by using the MAC200 camera.  Its slightly different in its construction to the TLC200 range and offers a slightly different set up approach but importantly, it offers the ASAP mode of image capture.   Its front access makes it easier to set up when fixed to lampposts etc and It uses D cell batteries which offer a longer operational life.

A feature sometimes used in traffic surveys is the 'Hybrid mode'  This allows the camera to run in timelapse mode until it detects movement within a 5 metre range where after it records at real time video rates for 30 seconds.
